1. POMODORO TECHNIQUE

The Pomodoro Technique, developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s, is based on the idea that the working time should be divided into pieces and completed with breaks at split time intervals. This means that if you work 25 minutes, then you should take a 5-minutes break. In business, with an average of 12 pomodoro, can create wonders in 6 hours and you can keep your head completely vigorous. Moreover, if you apply the technique more firmly, you can handle all your work in less than 4 hours and rest your head with 8 pomodoro per day, may be even less.
ABC approach says that “you can do anything but you cannot do everything”. It is inspired by the goal approach and adds an important concept- named “consecutiveness”. Its claim; if you know what you want to achieve and reach and if you concentrate your efforts primarily on those things, you will be successful and happy. 2. TIME INDEX METHOD
First, a time index is prepared. In order to do this analysis, it is divided into 24 hour, 15 minute time zones. Works which you have done, is saved for a week. It is then determined how much time is spent on which jobs. Here you will find out how much time is spent on unnecessary jobs or important ones. Many managers keep such a record on a regular basis, and regularly check results every week. At least the active administrators hold time records for a period of two to three or four weeks. After each trial, the time-usage chart should be rethought and necessary arrangements should be made. Time usage can be practically improved, a continuous effort to establish control over time can prevent wasting time.
3. TIME MANAGEMENT -101 APPROACHMENT
This approach is based on paradigm where time management is basically a skill like accounting or word processing and says that “to be effective in today's world, we need to specialize in such skills”:
